Special education can feel overwhelming for K-12 building leaders who have never taught in a SPED classroomโbut you donโt have to be an expert to be an effective leader. This one-day SPED Bootcamp is designed to equip school admin and instructional leaders with the foundational knowledge they need to confidently support their special education teams.

Strategic Leadership Summit
Special education programs thrive when leadership teams work togetherโbut without a cohesive strategy, programs can become reactive, inefficient, and frustrating for staff and families. The Strategic Leadership Summit is a three-day, in-person intensive designed to bring together building-level interdisciplinary teams to collaborate, problem-solve, and develop an actionable plan for the 2025-26 school year.

Cost: $75 per person | On-Site School Option: $500 per school (normally $1,000)
Location: Kiln, Littleton. & Virtual Option
Through facilitated reflection and guided planning, attendees will:

Brainstorm actionable interventions to improve targeted areas
